Terms & Conditions (T&C) – RichMind Jewelry

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through the website www.richmindjewelry.com
(the “Site”), operated by RichMind Jewelry, a French jewelry company managed by Jahidi Hamed.

RichMind Jewelry showcases French and European craftsmanship by collaborating with skilled ateliers and selecting materials that meet the highest standards.
Each creation is carefully designed, selected, or assembled with precision and attention to detail.

By placing an order on the Site, the customer acknowledges and fully accepts these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

RichMind Jewelry offers fine jewelry, contemporary designs, and quality watches.

Each product page includes essential details such as:

metal composition

type and quality of gemstones

measurements and weight

technical and aesthetic characteristics

Images on the Site are for illustration purposes only. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the artisanal nature of the pieces.

Each item is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity or evaluation issued by a recognized laboratory or qualified expert.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include all applicable French taxes (TTC).
Shipping fees are displayed separately before order confirmation.

Prices may be updated at any time; however, the price applied is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
In the event of a clear pricing error, RichMind Jewelry reserves the right to cancel the order after informing the customer.

4. Orders

To place an order, the customer must:

select the desired items;

enter personal and delivery information;

choose a delivery method;

review the order summary;

validate payment and accept these Terms & Conditions.

RichMind Jewelry may refuse any order in case of irregularities, suspected fraud, or previous payment issues.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon order confirmation.

Accepted payment methods include:

credit and debit cards

PayPal

installment payment options

any other method indicated on the Site

Payments are securely processed through certified payment providers.
RichMind Jewelry does not have access to customers’ banking information.

6. Delivery
6.1 Shipping

Orders are shipped from our workshops or logistics centers located in France or within the European Union.
Delivery is available only to destinations offered during checkout.

6.2 Estimated Delivery Times

France and eligible destinations: 2 to 7 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to seasonal activity or exceptional circumstances.
A tracking number is provided whenever possible.

6.3 Upon Delivery

Customers must check the condition of their package upon receipt.
If any damage is detected, they must notify the carrier with written reservations and promptly inform RichMind Jewelry.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of delivery.

To exercise this right, the customer must contact RichMind Jewelry by email or postal mail and include the order number.

Returned products must be:

new

unworn

in their original packaging

complete with all accessories, documents, and certificates

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where RichMind Jewelry is at fault.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt of the returned items or proof of shipment.

Note: Customized, engraved, or modified items are not eligible for return.

8. Legal Guarantees

Purchases are covered by:

the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code)

the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code)

In the event of a defect, RichMind Jewelry will offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with legal requirements.

9. Liability

RichMind Jewelry ensures the proper execution of each order.
However, it cannot be held liable for:

improper or non-standard use of the product

external events (weather, strikes, pandemics, etc.)

Internet-related issues (service interruption, intrusion, viruses)

Liability is limited to the total amount of the relevant order.

10. Personal Data Protection

Customer data is processed in compliance with the GDPR and French data protection laws.

Data is used exclusively for order processing, delivery, invoicing, and—if the customer consents—marketing communications.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs, and layouts) is the exclusive property of RichMind Jewelry or its partners.

Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held responsible if contract performance is prevented by a force majeure event (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.).

13. Applicable Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer must first contact RichMind Jewelry to seek an amicable resolution.

14. Mediation – Alternative Dispute Resolution

If no agreement is reached, the customer may contact a consumer mediation service free of charge.
Mediator details will be provided upon request.
